Current Status of Overseas Outlets
Our company adheres to the principles of overall planning, rational layout, and sustainable development in the construction of overseas outlets.
The South American market serves as our primary focus, with Argentina as the key target market; Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East act as secondary markets; while North America and the European Union are potential markets to be developed when opportunities arise.
Since 2015, all overseas outlets have implemented the Regulations on Motorcycle Product Repair, Replacement, and Return Liability, clearly defining the time, mileage, and scope for free repairs or replacements.
We have established customer records, requiring a 100% response and timely handling rate for customer complaints. Customer satisfaction has become a key performance indicator in after-sales evaluation.
All after-sales personnel are selected from experienced assemblers and technicians, required to pass annual skill assessments before appointment.
Additionally, re-inspections after service are reinforced, and when necessary, domestic technicians are dispatched abroad to provide service and training support.
Develop a comprehensive network plan — further optimize outlet layout, improve operational models, and encourage joint-venture outlets.
Concentrate corporate and client resources — accelerate infrastructure construction, prioritizing the establishment of three parts centers and premium outlets.
Upgrade business and service processes — enhance IT systems, optimize organizational structure and roles, standardize internal and external layouts, and build a unified brand image through consistent workflow, service, and performance management.
Improve service quality — implement unified service standards and model showrooms, creating a four-in-one management mechanism integrating standardization, training, motivation, and supervision.
Increase investment in emerging markets such as Brazil and Russia — complete product certification within 2–3 years, then select distributors and establish outlets.
Monitor the financial situation in Europe and North America, and be prepared to re-enter these markets when conditions allow.
Marketing outlets are not only effective carriers for product distribution but also the foundational infrastructure of the circulation industry.
Through systematic overseas network planning, we have realized that building a large-scale, open, multifunctional, and high-coverage modern distribution system is essential for guiding and stimulating both production and consumption.
Accelerating the development and optimization of the product market promotes the realization of social products, enhances corporate efficiency, and effectively alleviates capital and resource constraints.
In South America, particularly in Argentina, our company has signed a long-term distribution and agency agreement with ZANELLA S.A.. In recent years, exports of “ZANELLA”-branded complete motorcycles and CKD parts have maintained steady growth.
“ZANELLA” operates four assembly plants in Argentina, along with two 4S dealerships — “K’1000 Motorcycles” and “Secalis Motorcycles.”
In Uruguay, it has one assembly plant and two 4S dealerships — “Pablo Motor” and “Eco Motor.”
With over 100 after-sales service technicians and numerous retail outlets across Argentina and Uruguay, the company provides comprehensive offline and online sales and after-sales services for complete vehicles, components, and spare parts.
The network coverage extends to Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.
In Southeast Asia and the Middle East, our company operates mainly through authorized agency partnerships.
In Kenya (Africa), we have established a wholly-owned subsidiary — CAPTAIN Co., responsible for exclusive distribution and retail operations of our products in the Kenyan market.
The company manages two major motorcycle brands — “CAPTAIN” and “TIGER”, both ranked among the top Chinese motorcycle exports to Kenya in recent years.
“CAPTAIN Co.” operates a flagship 4S dealership in Nairobi, with an additional store in Jose City, covering most of Kenya’s developed regions.
Its retail and after-sales outlets draw on the experience of China’s rural motorcycle sales networks while integrating local Kenyan characteristics.
Kenya also serves as a bridgehead for gradual expansion into Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, and South Africa.
In Eastern Europe (Ukraine and Russia) and Southeast Asia (Myanmar and Laos), we conduct export business through intermediaries, ensuring efficient spare parts supply and rapid quality feedback for buyout markets.
Currently, our company has not established any factories, subsidiaries, or other institutions overseas.

fter-Sales Service and Warranty Regulations
In order to enhance product reputation, safeguard the interests of manufacturing, sales, usage, and maintenance parties—especially to protect consumer rights and strengthen after-sales service—these regulations are formulated in accordance with the national provisions on “Implementation Details of Motorcycle Product Repair, Replacement, and Return Responsibilities.”
These regulations apply to Chongqing Jinyang Motorcycle Industrial Co., Ltd. They cover motorcycles that are officially certified for standardized production and have passed inspection. (Trial or discounted products are not covered by warranty.)
These regulations are implemented by the company’s Sales and Service Department and relevant departments.
Warranty Purpose:
Adhering to the principle of “Quality First, Customer Supreme,” we shall conscientiously and enthusiastically serve our users, provide honest and objective analysis of quality issues, ensure correct assessment, and strictly enforce these warranty regulations to provide reliable vehicle warranty service.Warranty Principle:
For motorcycles that pass inspection according to technical standards, the company shall be responsible for product quality faults occurring during the warranty period caused by reasons attributable to the company. The warranty follows the national “Three Guarantees” policy (repair, replacement, and return), focusing primarily on repair and adjustment, with part replacement as a supplement. Assemblies shall not be replaced if the fault can be resolved by replacing a single component. After “Three Guarantees” service, vehicles shall meet all company technical specifications.
The company assumes no warranty responsibility for damage caused by the user’s own disassembly, modification, improper use, poor maintenance or storage, violation of operation and maintenance instructions, or unauthorized disassembly of parts without consent from the company or an authorized service shop.
Consumable and easily worn parts—such as bulbs, fuses, standard fasteners, sprockets, tires, chains, filters, brake shoes, gaskets, spark plugs, and various control cables—are not covered by warranty.
Damage to packaging or components due to poor management, storage, or transportation by distributors (such as broken or pried boxes, missing or corroded parts) shall be the distributor’s responsibility.
The company shall not be responsible for vehicles that are beyond the “Three Guarantees” period or damaged by force majeure.
If vehicle performance and reliability are not affected and issues are limited to subjective perception (e.g., sound, vibration, heat), with no objective basis for quality fault determination, the company shall not be responsible.
In accordance with the principle “Whoever sells, is responsible,” distributors must inspect and properly adjust vehicles upon delivery, explain the usage methods to the customer, and fill out the “Three Guarantees” certificate. Users must operate and maintain vehicles strictly in accordance with the product manual.
Warranty Period:
From the invoice date, on top of the national “Three Guarantees” policy, the company extends the engine warranty from 6,000 km to 10,000 km. If the vehicle develops problems within one year or within 10,000 km (whichever comes first), the “Three Guarantees” apply. (Note: Exceeding either limit ends the warranty.)Warranty Scope and Coverage:
| Warranty Period | Component Name | Fault Type | Service Method |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 year or 10,000 km | Engine body, cylinder head, crankshaft & connecting rod, gearbox, piston case, carburetor, frame, wheel rim | Structural damage, gear tooth breakage | Free repair or replacement |
| 6 months or 6,000 km | Electrical switches, relays, rectifiers, igniters, piston rings, oil seals, gaskets, fuel tank | Failure, oil leakage, plating corrosion | Free repair or replacement |
| 1 year or 6,000 km | Engine coil, cam rocker arm, shock absorber, swing arm, starter motor | Electrical failure, oil leakage | Free repair or replacement |
| 3 months or 3,000 km | Flasher, paint coating, muffler, horn | Paint peeling, internal detachment | Free repair or replacement |
After replacing any “Three Guarantees” parts, dealers must attach a “Three Guarantees Fault Tag,” accurately fill in all required information, and properly store the faulty parts. The parts must then be sent to the provincial (or regional) distributor for further evaluation.
If confirmed as eligible by the provincial (or regional) distributor, the faulty parts shall be collected and periodically returned to the company.
Upon receipt, the company will perform final verification. Parts meeting “Three Guarantees” replacement conditions will be credited accordingly; parts not qualifying shall be returned or scrapped on-site as directed.
Battery:
Within six months or 6,000 km, if problems such as dim headlights, weak horn, or inability to use electric start occur, analyze the cause as follows:Check whether the battery voltage is low and whether the electrolyte level is sufficient (add distilled water if necessary).
Measure the vehicle’s charging current by connecting a 20A ammeter in series with the battery terminals; at 3,000 rpm, the charging voltage should be 12.5V ± 1.5V, which is normal.
If the charging system functions properly (if not, inspect the rectifier and generator), remove and recharge the battery using a current equal to 20% of its rated capacity for six hours (extend charging time if severely depleted). A voltage above 12.5V after recharging is considered normal.
If the voltage does not rise after charging, or if the battery discharges rapidly, it can be preliminarily determined as a battery quality defect, and should be sent to the provincial or regional distributor for inspection.
Rear Shock Absorber:
Within one year or 6,000 km, if oil leakage or jamming occurs, first check for external damage caused by added accessories, compressed upper mounts, bent piston rods, or dented shock tubes.
If such damage exists, it indicates interference with the free stroke of the shock absorber leading to oil seal wear or leakage, and is not covered by the “Three Guarantees.”
If leakage is caused by oil seal quality issues, the part may be sent to the provincial (or regional) distributor for verification and replacement.Front Shock Absorber:
Within one year or 6,000 km, if oil leakage occurs, the component may be replaced as a “Three Guarantees” item or repaired by oil seal replacement if feasible.Fuel Tank:
Within six months or 6,000 km, if oil leakage or large-area paint peeling occurs, first check for dents or impact marks.
Damage caused by human factors is not covered by the “Three Guarantees.”
Natural paint peeling, once verified by the company, qualifies for replacement.Wheel Hub:
Within one year or 10,000 km, if bearing bore deformation, natural bending, or cracking due to internal impurities occurs without external force, the part may be sent to the provincial (or regional) distributor for analysis and verification.
If caused by external force, it is not covered by the “Three Guarantees.”Frame:
Within one year or 10,000 km, if weld cracks or frame deformation occur, first determine whether caused by collision or traffic accident.
Particular attention should be given to any impact marks on the steering head bearings.
If the cause is confirmed to be a material or manufacturing defect, the part shall be sent to the company’s after-sales department for evaluation and replacement.Carburetor:
Within one year or 10,000 km, if faults such as an overly rich mixture (black smoke from exhaust), unstable idle, or difficult starting occur—especially after a period of use—perform cleaning and adjustment.
If the issue is due to casting defects (e.g., porous leakage that cannot be corrected), the carburetor may be replaced.Tire:
Within three months or 3,000 km, if blistering, cracking, or serious surface splitting occurs, first check the degree of wear to determine whether overuse caused the issue, and inspect for external cuts or punctures.
If the defect appears on a new tire, mark the affected area and send it to the company’s after-sales department for verification.Muffler:
Within three months or 3,000 km, if chrome plating peels off or abnormal noises occur, check for dents or punctures.
Impact damage or natural aging beyond the warranty period is not covered; however, natural chrome peeling may be verified by the company for replacement.Instrument Cluster:
Within three months or 3,000 km, if the odometer fails to operate or pointer does not return, and no external wear is found, the fault may be sent to the provincial (or regional) distributor for evaluation.
Adjustable faults shall be repaired.Other Consumable and Wear Parts:
Normal consumables such as fuses, clutch friction plates, sprockets, chains, spark plugs, standard fasteners, and plastic appearance parts are not eligible for “Three Guarantees” return or replacement.Packaging Damage:
If any external parts are damaged upon unpacking, photographs must be taken immediately, and an “Unpacking Damage Report” with photos and the damaged part must be promptly sent back to the factory.
Upon verification, the company will provide a 60% credit of the total part value.Legal Clause:
In the event of any conflict between this regulation and national laws or administrative regulations, the relevant national laws and regulations shall prevail.
